Cancellation
In the event of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, a charge of 2/3rds the total account (less VAT) is payable when the accommodation cannot be re let. If the deposit was paid by credit/debit card then the amount will be debited from the account by the proprietor. We advise guests to arrange insurance to cover costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Stag & Hen parties
The Beaucliffe is a quiet family run guest accommodation, sorry we do not accommodate Stag or Hen parties.
Farmers and young farmers
We Require a £10,000 Deposit per room for Farmers and Young Farmers.
Group Bookings
For groups of 6+ adults, we require full payment of accommodation charges up to 4 weeks before the reservation arrival date.
Pets
With the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs for the deaf, we cannot accommodate pets
Parking
Spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' basis and cannot be reserved. Vehicles are left at owners/customers risk. The Beaucliffe does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Any guest parking on Beaucliffe premises must leave their vehicle key at reception for the duration of their stay.
Smoking Policy
The Beaucliffe has a NO SMOKING POLICY anywhere in the building. We reserve the right to ask anyone smoking to leave the premises with no refund.
Keys
Please insure you leave your keys at reception on your day of departure. If keys have not been left or returned within 10 days of departure a charge of £30.00 will be charged to the credit/debit card to who's name appears on the receipt.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 2.00pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am. The Beaucliffe will store luggage for early arrivals/ late departures but accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to stored luggage. No reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken, premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking. The Beaucliffe reserves the right to charge any individual causing willful damage to the property. The contract is deemed to have been made upon our receipt of the deposit.
